It all started in Ireland, where Elias, from France, and Thainara, from Brazil, fell in love and decided to build their future. As they made the Emerald Isle their home, a new passion began to brew.
In Thainara’s home region, coffee isn’t just a crop, it is the landscape, the economy, and the heritage. With Thainara’s father being a coffee farmer, Elias was granted a rare privilege: the time and space to truly understand coffee.
He didn’t just discover the vibrant culture of Brazil. He was welcomed into the soul of the Serra da Canastra. Walking the high-altitude slopes, learning the secrets of the micro-climate, and witnessing the meticulous care required to produce specialty-grade coffee.
For Elias, understanding coffee wasn’t enough. Drawing on years of experience in food testing laboratories, he brought a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to every farm he visited, exploring other local producers and learning what made each one unique. That exploration sharpened into purpose: building fairer relationships between Brazilian coffee farmers and the world, and giving their work the visibility and reward it has always deserved.
We source exclusively from producers we know, farms we can trust, lots we can isolate, and stories we can stand behind.
Every coffee we trade is traceable back to its precise origin: the farm, the altitude, the harvest, and the specific lot from which it was produced.
This approach ensures that every shipment carries more than quality, it carries authenticity, accountability, and its unique story.
Because true value in specialty coffee begins with knowing exactly where it comes from.
Quality is not a label, it is a discipline.
We approach every coffee with precision and scrutiny, from physical preparation and lot separation to cupping evaluation and export readiness. Each lot is selected against defined specialty standards.
Our role is not merely to move coffee across borders, but to ensure that what arrives performs as expected in the roastery, delivering coffee that is stable, expressive, and true to its origin profile.
Quality, for us, is not a marketing descriptor. It is a continuous process of evaluation, verification, and refinement.
We believe that clarity builds lasting partnerships.
Our partners deserve a clear understanding of what they are buying, where it comes from, and how it moves through the supply chain. From origin details and quality parameters to logistics coordination and delivery timelines, we aim to communicate openly and precisely at every stage.
In a market where complexity often obscures reality, we choose simplicity and precision.
Because trust is built not on promises, but on clarity.
Our approach is built on respect, reliability, and long-term thinking with every stakeholder across the chain.
Coffee is the result of collective effort, from cultivation to export and roasting. We act with integrity and respect toward every contributor along that path.
We understand that stability, trust, and consistency benefit every participant in the chain.
For us, fairness means balance, creating commercial relationships that are sustainable, predictable, and built to last beyond a single harvest or shipment.
We recognize that specialty coffee depends on healthy soil, stable ecosystems, and resilient farming communities. For this reason, we prioritize working with producers who operate with care for their land, their resources, and their people.
Our role is to encourage responsible practices through the partnerships we build and the coffees we choose to represent.
We believe sustainable trade is measured over generations, in the preservation of farmland, the stability of production, and the long-term viability of the supply chain.
